How do your treat drops work?

Frankly Sweets offers small batch treat drops with limited quantities of fresh, homemade desserts. Every drop includes a carefully selected menu of treats designed to feel unique, delicious, and a little elevated. Once a drop sells out, it is gone.

How will I know when a preorder is live?

When a preorder for a drop goes live, subscribers will receive an email notification with all the details.

Who gets first access to preorder?

Subscribers will always be the first to know when a new drop is live and will have the first opportunity to preorder before treats sell out.

How do I become a subscriber?

You can join the Frankly Sweets email list through the website so you never miss a new drop, preorder announcement, or special update.

Are your drops available all the time?

No. Frankly Sweets operates with limited small batch drops, which means treats are released at select times rather than being available every day.

How and where do I pick up my order?

All orders are picked up during the designated pickup hours listed for each drop. Orders are available via front porch pickup. The pickup address will be sent by email after your order is confirmed. We are located in Indianapolis, Indiana (Franklin Township). 

Do you offer shipping?

At this time, Frankly Sweets is focused on local front porch pickup only. (Indianapolis, Indiana)

Can I place a custom order?

Yes. Frankly Sweets does accept custom orders based on availability. Visit the Contact Us page and submit your information. You will be contacted if your request can be accommodated.

Are quantities limited?

Yes. Because every drop is made in small batches, quantities are limited, and items may sell out quickly.

What kinds of treats will be included in each drop?

Each drop may feature a different selection of treats. Menus can change from drop to drop depending on the season, specials, and availability.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Because items are prepared in small batches and quantities are limited, order changes may not always be possible. Reach out as soon as possible through the contact form with any questions.

What happens if I miss pickup?

Orders should be picked up during the designated pickup window. If an issue comes up, contact Frankly Sweets as soon as possible. Accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Are your treats homemade?

Yes. Every treat is made in small batches with care to ensure freshness and quality. We are also ServSafe certified.
